Customer Service Representative
Description We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our team in North Chesterfield, Virginia. Responsibilities: • Deliver prompt, accurate, and friendly customer support while maintaining a focused demeanor. • Handle complex transactions and conduct thorough research to resolve intricate customer inquiries. • Ensure adherence to company policies and uphold confidentiality standards regarding customer data. • Communicate effectively through verbal, written, and social channels to address customer needs. • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless service delivery. • Utilize advanced Microsoft Office tools to manage data and perform essential tasks efficiently. • Navigate multiple computer systems and applications to locate and provide necessary information. • Address customer concerns with a problem-solving mindset, maintaining integrity and composure. • Manage inbound and outbound calls, providing solutions tailored to individual customer requirements. • Schedule appointments and manage order entries to streamline customer interactions. Requirements • Proven experience in call center or customer service roles, handling inquiries and transactions. • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage professionally. • Expertise in using Microsoft Excel, Word, and other Office applications. • Familiarity with tools such as Zendesk and other customer service platforms. • Ability to manage multiple systems and applications efficiently. • Demonstrated problem-solving skills with a focus on customer satisfaction. • Capable of maintaining confidentiality and adhering to company policies. • Skill in data entry and email correspondence to ensure accuracy and timely communication.
