Customer Service Representative
Description We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team in St. Paul, Minnesota. In this role, you will play a key part in managing customer accounts, handling inquiries, and ensuring smooth communication between clients and internal teams. This is a long-term contract position that requires strong organizational skills and a commitment to delivering excellent customer service. Responsibilities: • Manage a portfolio of customer accounts, ensuring timely responses to inquiries and maintaining strong client relationships. • Process repeat and one-time orders efficiently, including seasonal orders that occur annually. • Handle inbound and outbound calls to assist customers with their questions and concerns. • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure accurate order entry and timely fulfillment. • Perform data entry tasks with precision, utilizing tools such as SAP and Microsoft Office Suite. • Manage email correspondence professionally, addressing client issues and providing updates. • Schedule appointments and maintain organized records for customer interactions. • Provide detailed account management, ensuring all client needs are met and resolved promptly. • Deliver excellent customer service by maintaining a positive and helpful demeanor. • Analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions. Requirements • Proven experience in customer service or call center environments, with a strong focus on client satisfaction. • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and SAP for data management and order processing. • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, for handling calls and email correspondence. • Strong organizational abilities to manage multiple accounts and prioritize tasks effectively. • Ability to perform accurate data entry and maintain meticulous records. • Experience with scheduling appointments and coordinating across teams. • Familiarity with account management and resolving customer issues. • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
