Customer Service Representative
Description + Provide superior customer service + There are incoming telephone calls , handling an average of 20-30 calls per day, focusing on phone quoting, issuance of new business, endorsements, and renewal policies for personal lines insurance coverage. + Responsible for cross-selling coverage to round out accounts. (Will be trained in options available to cross sell). + Assume ownership in handling agent inquiries and policy changes efficiently, accurately, and professionally. + Navigate multiple systems (proprietary) and applications to research, analyze, and resolve agent requests and inquiries. + Learn the basic concepts of personal lines insurance principles and Chubb products, including home, auto, valuable articles/collectibles, and flood insurance. (will be trained by Chubb manager). + Work collaboratively with team members and business partners to provide a quality experience for agents. + Complete additional tasks and other projects/duties as assigned. + Maintain established levels of productivity, service, and quality standards within a fast-paced call center. + Work collaboratively with team members and business partners to provide a quality experience for agents. Hours: Monday-Friday 8am-5pm Skills & Qualifications + Customer Service background -focused on communication skills, both verbal and written. + Proficient in computer skills, multi-application navigation, and multi-tasking. + Computer savvy. Comfortable logging into systems and navigating + Strong decision-making skills in a fast-paced, high-volume phone contact center environment. + Professionalism, accountability, and personal pride in handling new business quotes, policy change requests, and inquiries from valued agency partners. + Learn with a high regard for accuracy of basic knowledge of personal lines insurance principles and Chubb products. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
