Description This position is responsible for developing and nurturing customer relationships while creating awareness of full range of products and services. Individuals in this role are the front-line for the company and work with a diverse audience to deliver the highest standard of customer support. + Maintain marketing and sales-oriented knowledge of the Company’s full product line. + Handle inbound and outbound calls to/from retailers, OEMs, distributor partners, and the general public. + Consistently meet daily customer contact goals, communicating both over the phone and via email. + Navigate Salesforce.com to look up customer information and complete or update account profiles. + Communicate accurate product and sample information including specifications, inventory levels, availability, and pricing. + Maintain a dedication to customer satisfaction by owning customer issues and seeing them through to resolution. + Process marketing sample orders quickly and accurately. + Support Marketing and Sales efforts through targeted calling campaigns for special promotions as needed. + Assist Regional Sales team by placing orders, qualifying customers, pulling reports, and supporting pre-sale opportunities as needed. Work Environment Monday - Friday 8AM -5PM In office full time. Additional Skills & Qualifications 1. 1-2 years of experience in B2B customer service or sales support role within consumer or industrial products industry 2. Order Entry of products 3. ERP experience Nice Haves: - Salesforce.com or JD Edwards experience Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $24.00/hr.
