Description We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team in Newton, Massachusetts. This contract position is an excellent opportunity for individuals who excel in providing attentive and thorough support to customers via phone and email. You will play a vital role in ensuring customer satisfaction by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining accurate records.
