Description We are looking for a meticulous and self-motivated Customer Service Representative to join our team in Eagan, Minnesota. This long-term contract position offers the opportunity to support educators by providing exceptional service, assisting with orders, and handling various administrative tasks. The role is fully on-site and involves working in a friendly, yet quiet environment alongside a small, dedicated team. Responsibilities: • Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone and email to address questions and provide product information. • Assist customers in placing orders, preparing price quotes, and processing invoices with accuracy. • Manage returns and issue credits in a timely manner while maintaining clear and effective communication. • Perform data entry tasks using customer management software to ensure records are up-to-date. • Support order fulfillment processes, including preparing and mailing necessary documents. • Organize and file paperwork to maintain accurate company records. • Collaborate with team members on additional projects and tasks as needed to meet business objectives. • Use Microsoft Suite tools such as Outlook, Word, and Teams to facilitate daily operations. Requirements • Proven experience in customer service, preferably in a call center or similar environment. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, particularly Outlook and Teams; Excel experience is a plus. • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with strong attention to grammar and spelling. • High attention to detail and ability to perform accurate data entry. • Self-motivated and able to manage tasks independently without constant supervision. • Ability to handle multiple responsibilities and adapt to changing business needs. • Familiarity with order entry and invoice processing is highly desirable.
