Description We are looking for a personable and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our team in Tucson, Arizona. This is a Contract to long-term position, offering an excellent opportunity to transition into a stable role. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills and a proactive approach to delivering exceptional customer service. Responsibilities: • Welcome customers warmly and assist them with inquiries or concerns. • Serve as a primary point of contact for inbound and outbound calls, ensuring prompt and clear communication. • Coordinate effectively with administrative teams and service departments to address customer needs. • Handle email correspondence with accuracy and professionalism. • Manage appointment scheduling and ensure timely follow-ups. • Perform data entry tasks to maintain accurate records and documentation. • Utilize Microsoft Excel and Word to create reports and organize information. • Process order entries efficiently and verify details for accuracy. • Provide valet services and assist customers with vehicle-related needs as required. • Maintain a courteous and helpful demeanor when interacting with customers. Requirements • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service role. • Proficiency in answering inbound and outbound calls with a focus on detail and accuracy. • Strong skills in data entry and order processing. • Experience in call center customer service or similar environments. • Ability to handle email correspondence and maintain clear communication. • Familiarity with Microsoft Excel and Word for basic reporting and documentation. • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail. • Ability to schedule appointments and coordinate effectively with teams.
