Customer Service Representative
Description We are seeking enthusiastic and detail-oriented Customer Service Representatives for ongoing opportunities. This role is critical in delivering exceptional customer experiences and supporting organizational goals. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, demonstrate strong communication skills, and have the ability to navigate customer relationship management (CRM) platforms and other digital tools. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure swift and efficient issue resolution. Key Responsibilities: Customer Support: + Provide outstanding customer service by promptly addressing inquiries via phone, email, or chat, ensuring a positive customer experience. + Foster relationships with customers by delivering accurate and friendly responses and troubleshooting common concerns. Problem-Solving: + Resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner while keeping the customer informed throughout the process. + Escalate complex concerns to appropriate teams, ensuring resolutions meet both customer expectations and company standards. Administrative Duties: + Utilize CRM platforms to accurately log customer interactions, track issue resolutions, and update account information. + Stay organized and manage time efficiently, prioritizing tasks to attend to urgent customer needs. Cross-Functional Collaboration: + Work with other teams to streamline workflows, improve processes, and contribute to automation initiatives to enhance customer satisfaction. + Provide feedback to internal teams on customer pain points to support continuous improvement efforts. Requirements Education: High school diploma or GED required; college coursework or degree in business, communication, or a related field preferred. Experience: At least 1-2 years of experience in a customer service, administrative support, or similar role is preferred. Skills: + Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with excellent interpersonal abilities. + Solid organizational and multitasking abilities with acute attention to detail. + Competence in CRM platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar tools. + Familiarity with MS Office Suite and basic workflow automation concepts is a plus.
