Description We are looking for a Customer Service Representative with strong attention to detail to join our team in Reading, Pennsylvania. In this Contract to Permanent position, you will play a key role in supporting clients by managing communication, resolving issues, and maintaining schedules. Responsibilities: • Respond to and compose well-crafted business correspondence to address client inquiries. • Organize, schedule, and confirm appointments while managing calendar updates. • Coordinate schedules effectively to ensure seamless communication between clients and internal teams. • Provide outstanding customer service by resolving inquiries and addressing concerns promptly. • Navigate multiple computer systems and applications to retrieve and manage client information. • Assist in maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and appointments. • Collaborate with team members to improve service processes and ensure efficiency. • Utilize problem-solving and analytical skills to identify and resolve client issues effectively. Requirements • Proficiency in using the Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook. • Demonstrated experience in scheduling appointments and managing calendars. • Strong ability to coordinate schedules and prioritize tasks efficiently. • Prior experience in a customer service or call center environment. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. • Ability to navigate multiple software systems and applications seamlessly. • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to handle customer inquiries effectively.
