Description We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative for a contract opportunity located in Streetsboro, Ohio. Key Responsibilities Customer Engagement: Provide high-quality customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues with professionalism and accuracy. Order Management: Accurately process customer orders via Shopify and ensure all information is entered correctly to avoid delays or errors. Issue Resolution: Investigate and resolve concerns such as unshipped or delayed orders, ensuring swift corrective action and customer satisfaction. Returns and Adjustments: Manage returns, issue credits, and process reshipments, completing necessary documentation and maintaining follow-up on related cases. Record Keeping: Maintain thorough and accurate records of customer interactions, inquiries, complaints, and resolutions to support internal reporting and future follow-ups. Problem-Solving: Leverage critical thinking and creativity to deliver practical, customer-focused solutions aligned with company objectives. Communication: Handle inbound and outbound customer calls effectively, providing updates and communicating resolutions in a clear and detail oriented manner. Administrative Support: Utilize Microsoft Excel and Word to organize data, prepare reports, and maintain documentation. Scheduling: Schedule appointments and coordinate follow-up actions as required to support seamless operations. Team Support: Carry out additional tasks as assigned to contribute to the team’s success and overall operational goals. Qualifications Experience in customer service or a related field. Familiarity with Shopify or similar order-processing platforms is preferred. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel and Word. Exceptional problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
