Description We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team in Coppell, Texas. In this Contract-to-permanent position, you will play a key role in ensuring exceptional customer support by managing inquiries, processing orders, and maintaining clear communication with clients and internal teams. Responsibilities: • Accurately record customer interactions and actions taken to resolve issues. • Process orders efficiently, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. • Address customer inquiries related to order status, product availability, pricing, returns, and backorders. • Collaborate with internal departments, including the warehouse, to coordinate special orders, rush shipments, and resolve discrepancies. • Work directly with clients to manage allocations and oversee the release of backorders. • Achieve individual and departmental performance metrics, such as adherence to schedules, call quality, and handling times. • Professionally escalate complex or critical issues to management when necessary. • Perform additional tasks as directed to support team goals and operations. Requirements • Proven experience in answering inbound calls and providing exceptional customer service. • Familiarity with call center operations and handling customer inquiries. • Proficiency in data entry and managing email correspondence. • Ability to handle both inbound and outbound calls effectively. • Competence in using Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word. • Experience in order entry and scheduling appointments. • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
