Responsibilities: • Respond to incoming calls and handle outbound communications while meeting departmental performance goals. • Process and complete reservations accurately and efficiently, adhering to organizational standards. • Input reservation details into the system with precision to ensure seamless service delivery. • Communicate client concerns and issues clearly and professionally with relevant departments. • Use proper grammar and clear communication to document client needs and resolve inquiries. • Start tasks promptly and deliver work on time to maintain operational efficiency. • Adapt to additional duties and responsibilities as assigned by management. Requirements • At least 6 months of experience in customer service or call center roles preferred. • Strong problem-solving abilities to address client concerns effectively. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact professionally with clients and team members. • Proven ability to collaborate within a team-oriented environment. • Familiarity with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and basic internet navigation. • Competence in navigating systems and tools to execute tasks efficiently. • Ability to perform well in dynamic, fast-paced work environments. • High level of initiative, dependability, and ownership in completing responsibilities.
