Description We're hiring a detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to support customer engagement and account management efforts within a growing team. What You’ll Be Doing: + Provide excellent customer service via phone, email, and in person + Respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide product/service information + Accurately document all customer interactions in internal systems + Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer needs are met + Handle order entry, account updates, and general administrative support as needed + Assist with special projects and support team initiatives as assigned Requirements Previous experience in a customer-facing or administrative role preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to stay organized, prioritize tasks, and follow through A problem-solving mindset with a positive attitude Bachelor's Degree is a plus.
