Job Description
Perform order entry for customers• Shipment processing for customers/shipmentsGenerate invoices based on individualized vendor contractsTrack and maintain location inventoryCommunicate in/out inventory to warehouse team

• Process inventory transfers for both Boyles and vendor inventory

• Prepare A/R invoices for customers •

Work with customers to solve account related issuesMaintain customer filesProcess weekly location payables to corporate officeGeneral office work including filing, mail room activities and answering phonesAssist in weighing trucks in and out

Work Experience
Knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles and inventory managementProficient in Microsoft Office products specifically excelExperience utilizing an accounting software system3-5 years of applicable experience in inventory tracking and customer account managementAssociates degree (preferred)
