Overview:
Beacon Hill is seeking a professional and personable Customer Service Representative (CSR) for one of our reputable healthcare clients. This position focuses on supporting customers via phone and email with product inquiries, order support, and general troubleshooting, all while delivering an outstanding customer experience.
This is an exciting conract-to-hire opportunity that is onsite in Eden Prairie, MN.
Key Responsibilities:
Respond promptly to incoming calls and emails in accordance with internal policies and service standards
Provide product and service information to healthcare clients and patients
Document customer interactions accurately and efficiently in CRM systems
Maintain a strong understanding of products and services to educate and assist customers
Demonstrate a customer-first mindset with every interaction
Collaborate with internal departments to resolve customer issues quickly and professionally
Support ongoing process improvements and suggest new ideas for enhancing service
Perform general office support tasks as needed
What We're Looking For:
Location: Must reside in the Minneapolis, MN area
Experience:
1+ year in customer service, call center, front desk, or healthcare reception preferred
Previous experience in a healthcare environment is highly desirable
Skills:
Excellent verbal and written communication
Strong active listening and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced setting
Dependable and punctual with a strong work ethic
Comfortable navigating basic computer systems and CRM tools
Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED required
Proficiency in Windows OS, email systems, and data entry
Positive, team-oriented attitude and a passion for helping others
Excellent attendance and reliability
