Kforce has a client that is seeking a Customer Service Representative. Candidates must have experience has experience in manufacturing or other industrial related experience.
Responsibilities:
* Providing effective customer service for all internal and external customers by using excellent, in-depth knowledge of company products and programs as well as communicating effectively with team members within the customer service department
* Supports customers by providing helpful information, answering questions, and responding to complaints
* Front line of support for our customers and help ensure that our customers are satisfied with products, services, and solutions
