We have an outstanding Contract position for a Customer Service Representative to join a leading Company located in the Houston, TX surrounding area.
Job Responsibilities:  Act as customer service interface to internal employees and external customers and perform all service-related activities.Provide responsive and reliable customer service and technical support. Provide liaison support between customers. Coordinate with other departments.Perform the returned materials process including initiation, receipt, expediting, and closing RMAs.Receive product orders and process to shipment.Provide international customer service at times, and in such an event, work a flexible schedule.Perform other related duties as assigned, including special projects.Build Quality into all aspects of their work by maintaining compliance to all quality requirements.
Basic Hiring Criteria:High School or equivalent and 0-1 years of experience.
