Customer Service Representative
Job Responsibilities

• Solve customer inquiries via 400 Hotline, Email or WeChat. 
• Level 2/3/4 customer order handling to ensure a total smooth order-to-cash flow.
• Take the lead generation project to bringing value to the company's business.
• As a system expert, responsible for solving system issue and functionality enhancements.
• As an expert in Service Excellence, handle team projects simultaneously and independently while adapting to changing roles and priorities.
• Capture customer voice to improve service quality. 

Background & Skills

•    Bachelor degree and above, engineering major is preferred.
•    Good command of Mandarin, proficiency English is preferred.
•    Strong initiative, excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills. 
•    Excellent knowledge of SAP, SFDC, MS Office etc. is plus.
•    Manage multiple tasks/projects, while being flexible to changing priorities.
•    Minimum 1 year in a call center environment is plus.
