Customer Service Representative
**Job Summary** We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Senior Process Executive - P&C with 2 to 5 years of experience in Customer Service and Property & Casualty Insurance. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in claim investigation and handling and will be comfortable working in a hybrid model with rotational shifts. This role is crucial in ensuring efficient and effective processing of claims contributing to the overall success of our operations. **Responsibilities** + Manage and process property and casualty insurance claims with accuracy and efficiency. + Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly. + Conduct thorough claim investigations to ensure all necessary information is gathered. + Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless workflow and adherence to company policies. + Utilize technical skills to navigate and operate relevant software and systems. + Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company standards. + Maintain detailed and organized records of all claims and customer interactions. + Communicate effectively with clients adjusters and other stakeholders. + Identify and escalate complex issues to appropriate departments for resolution. + Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance process efficiency. + Provide training and support to junior team members as needed. + Monitor and report on claim processing metrics to management. + Adapt to rotational shifts and hybrid work model to meet business needs. **Qualifications** + Possess strong technical skills in customer service and property & casualty insurance. + Demonstrate expertise in claim investigation and handling. + Exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal skills. + Show proficiency in using relevant software and systems. + Display strong organizational and time management abilities. + Have a keen eye for detail and accuracy. + Adapt quickly to changing work environments and schedules. + Maintain a customer-centric approach in all interactions. + Exhibit problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically. + Demonstrate a commitment to continuous learning and improvement. + Possess the ability to work independently and as part of a team. + Show a strong understanding of industry regulations and compliance requirements. + Exhibit a professional demeanor and positive attitude. **Certifications Required** Certified Insurance Service Representative (CISR) Property & Casualty Insurance License Cognizant is an equal opportunity employer.
