The Customer Service Representative (CSR) manages wholesale order processing, inventory fulfillment, and customer support. The CSR acts as a liaison between sales, warehouse, planning, and the customer to ensure accurate, timely service and a seamless order experience.
What You'll DoProcess and manage wholesale customer orders (EDI and non-EDI)
Monitor order flow and maintain 95% On-Time Shipping (OTS)
Coordinate with sales, planning, and warehouse teams to resolve delays and issues
Handle returns, shipping errors, warranty requests, and markdowns
Maintain customer data, pricing, and PO updates
Ensure compliance with customer/vendor requirements
Monitor sales order exceptions and provide updates in weekly meetings
Support drop-ship accounts, including using third-party systems
Participate in customer meetings and occasional travel as needed
Assist with routing/logistics during peak periods
Continue training for advanced responsibilities
Perform other tasks and special projects as assigned
What You'll Bring to the TableKnowledge & Skills
Proficient in Excel; SAP experience preferred
Fluent in English and Mandarin (to support Chinese customers)
Strong customer service experience, ideally B2B
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Able to work independently and in teams
Strong organization and time management
