Customer Service Representative
**Job Summary** We are seeking a dedicated Senior Process Executive - P&C with 1 to 2 years of experience in customer service and expertise in Workers Comp - Policy Admin Workers Comp-New Business and Workers Compensation - Claims. The role involves a hybrid work model with day shifts and no travel requirements. The ideal candidate will contribute to our companys purpose and positively impact society. **Responsibilities** + Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues related to Workers Compensation policies and claims. + Oversee the administration of Workers Comp policies ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations. + Manage new business processes for Workers Comp including policy issuance and documentation. + Handle claims processing for Workers Compensation ensuring timely and accurate settlements. + Collaborate with internal teams to streamline processes and improve efficiency. + Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry regulations and best practices. + Utilize technical skills to enhance customer interactions and service delivery. + Monitor and report on key performance indicators to ensure service quality. + Assist in the development and implementation of process improvements. + Support training and development initiatives for team members. + Ensure all customer interactions are documented accurately in the system. + Provide feedback to management on customer service trends and areas for improvement. + Contribute to the overall success of the team by meeting or exceeding performance targets. **Qualifications** + Must have experience in customer service specifically in the Workers Compensation domain. + Should possess strong knowledge of Workers Comp + Policy Admin Workers Comp-New Business and Workers Compensation + Claims. + Must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills. + Should be detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently. + Must be proficient in using relevant software and tools. + Should have a proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement. + Must be able to work effectively in a hybrid work model. + Should be adaptable to changing work environments and requirements. + Must demonstrate a commitment to providing high-quality customer service. + Should have the ability to work independently and as part of a team. + Must be able to handle sensitive information with confidentiality. + Should have a strong understanding of industry regulations and compliance requirements. + Must be willing to continuously learn and develop new skills. **Certifications Required** Certified Workers Compensation Professional (CWCP) or equivalent certification in Workers Compensation.
