Customer Service Representative
**Job Summary** We are seeking a Senior Process Executive - L&P with 6 to 8 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in MS Office and domain skills in Annuities New Business Annuities Claim Management Annuities Agency Management and Agency Management. Experience in Life and Annuities Insurance is a plus. This is a hybrid role with day shifts and no travel requirements. **Responsibilities** + Lead the processing and management of annuities new business applications to ensure timely and accurate completion. + Oversee the claims management process for annuities ensuring all claims are handled efficiently and in compliance with company policies. + Provide support in the management of annuities agency operations including onboarding and training of new agents. + Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline agency management processes and improve overall efficiency. + Utilize MS Office tools to create reports analyze data and present findings to senior management. + Ensure all processes adhere to regulatory requirements and company standards. + Monitor and evaluate the performance of processes and suggest improvements to enhance productivity. + Assist in the development and implementation of process improvement initiatives. + Provide training and support to junior team members to ensure they are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge. + Maintain accurate records and documentation for all processes and transactions. + Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to resolve any issues or concerns. + Participate in regular team meetings to discuss progress challenges and opportunities for improvement. + Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to ensure the company remains competitive. **Qualifications** + Possess strong technical skills in MS Office to manage and analyze data effectively. + Have extensive experience in annuities new business claims management and agency management. + Demonstrate a solid understanding of life and annuities insurance. + Exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with various stakeholders. + Show ability to lead and mentor junior team members. + Display strong analytical and problem-solving skills. + Maintain a high level of attention to detail and accuracy. **Certifications Required** Certified Annuities Specialist (CAS) or equivalent certification preferred.
