Team Overview and Job responsibilities:

We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our team.

Based in Vila Velha, Brazil, you will be responsible for assist Project Managers and Commercial teams with ongoing contract management and provide consistent feedback from project lessons learned. Interface with finance, fiscal, and tax departments to ensure all legal requirements are followed during contract execution. Support presentations, address partner concerns, aid in closing deals, help manage contracts, issue SAP vendor orders, and track performance. Great opportunity for growth and learning!

Roles & Responsibilities:

Contract Management and Administration: Assist the Contract Management team with maintaining and administering current and future contracts. Ensure partnership agreements comply with contractual obligations and help resolve any disputes or issues that may arise.Issuing Internal Vendor Orders on SAP: Utilizing SAP to generate and issue internal vendor orders for procurement of goods or services required for fulfilling partnership agreements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company procedures and policies.Performance Tracking and Reporting: Monitoring the performance of partnership agreements, tracking key metrics and KPIs, and providing regular reports and updates to internal stakeholders.Proposal Development: Collaborate with internal teams to continuously provide feedback on current contracts and develop tailored proposals for potential partners' needs. Assist in contract negotiation, finalizing agreements, and drafting contracts with Project Managers and the Commercial team.Handling Partner Objections and Concerns: Addressing and resolving any objections or concerns raised by potential partners regarding pricing, terms, or other aspects of the proposed partnership.

Bachelor's degree in Administration, Accounting, or Engineering.Intermediate/Advanced English proficiencySAPGood Communication Skills and high sense of organization with a process-oriented mindset.

Com sede  Vila Velha/ES, Brasil, você será responsável por auxiliar os Gerentes de Projeto e as equipes Comerciais com o gerenciamento contínuo de contratos e fornecer feedback consistente a partir das lições aprendidas nos projetos. Interface com os departamentos financeiro, fiscal e tributário para garantir que todos os requisitos legais sejam seguidos durante a execução dos contratos. Apoiar apresentações, abordar interesses dos parceiros comerciais, auxiliar no fechamento de negócios, ajudar a gerenciar contratos, emitir ordens de venda no SAP e acompanhar o desempenho financeiro do projeto. Funções e Responsabilidades:

Gerenciamento de Contratos: Auxiliar a equipe de Gerenciamento de Contratos na manutenção e administração de contratos da unidade. Garantir que os acordos de parceria estejam em conformidade com as obrigações contratuais e legais, ajudando a resolver quaisquer disputas ou problemas que possam surgir. Emissão de Ordens de Venda no SAP: Utilizar o SAP para gerar e emitir pedidos internos de fornecedores para a aquisição de bens ou serviços necessários para cumprir os acordos de parceria, garantindo precisão e conformidade com os procedimentos e políticas da empresa.Acompanhamento e Relatórios de Desempenho: Monitorar o desempenho dos contratos, monitorar e gerar os principais KPI’s do setor e fornecer relatórios e atualizações regulares às partes interessadas.Desenvolvimento de Propostas: Colaborar com as equipes internas para fornecer feedback contínuo sobre os contratos atuais e desenvolver propostas personalizadas para as necessidades dos potenciais parceiros. Auxiliar na negociação de contratos, na finalização de acordos e na elaboração de contratos com os Gerentes de Projeto e a equipe Comercial.Atendimento ao Cliente: Abordar e resolver quaisquer objeções ou preocupações levantadas pelos potenciais parceiros em relação a preços, termos ou outros aspectos de contratos no âmbito da unidade de negócios.
