Reporting to the Director, Central Procurement, Customer Service Representative role in charge of communicating with customers and deal with customer's inquiries.
What a typical day looks like:
Appropriately utilize system applications and resources to accurately and effectively in providing a comprehensive and high-quality services for all customer needsHandle enquiries, and resolve customer problems and complaints with care and efficiency and ensure one call resolutionMaintain customer service standards during high-pressure situations such as increased call volume, fewer resources or demanding customersInterpret customer needs, recognize symptoms, causes and solutions.Identify situations in which the customer requires further explanation or training and effectively provide a solution for the customer as neededFollow up on po.s placed by sites with GBS teamFollow up on daily deliveries to customersPo. confirmation ensuring that prices, quantity, MPN and DC are correctEnsure deliveries are done per required confirmations and need datesSupport reschedules of orders such as pull ins, push outs, cancellationsExecute po. management, splits and other key updatesDrive escalations if neededWork closely with Business developersThe experience we’re looking to add to our team:
