Customer Service Representative
Job Description

As a Customer Service Representative specializing in Dealer Support, you will be the primary point of contact for Chinese-speaking dealers and store owners. Your role will involve assisting them with day to-day operations, managing inquiries, and providing exceptional support. This position requires fluency in Chinese and the ability to address dealer needs efficiently while ensuring accurate communication between the company and its dealers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Inbound Support:

o Answer incoming calls from Chinese-speaking dealers.

o Provide assistance with activations, SIM replacements, troubleshooting device and network issues, and managing plan renewals or changes.

• Outbound Communication:

o Conduct outbound calls to update dealers on promotions, gather feedback, update contact information, and survey dealer needs.

• Documentation and Translation:

o Translate key documents such as scripts, templates, and knowledgebase articles to ensure consistency and clarity in communications.

Qualifications:

• Fluency in Chinese (both spoken and written) is essential.

• Experience in customer service or dealer support, with the ability to manage inbound and outbound communications effectively.

• Strong troubleshooting skills for devices and networks, with the ability to assist with technical issues in a clear and concise manner.

• Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

• Prior experience in a management role or working with dealers is a plus.

Skills & Competencies:

• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

• Proficient in using CRM systems and managing support requests.

• Cultural awareness and sensitivity in working with Chinese-speaking partners.

• Ability to develop and maintain positive relationships with dealers.
