**Job summary** We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced BPO PE Data professional with 4 to 6 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in MS Office and possess excellent English language skills. This hybrid role offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment contributing to our companys success and making a positive impact on society. **Responsibilities** + Lead data processing and analysis tasks to ensure accurate and timely delivery of information. + Oversee the management and organization of large datasets to maintain data integrity. + Provide support in the development and implementation of data management strategies. + Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze data requirements. + Ensure compliance with data governance policies and procedures. + Utilize MS Office tools to create detailed reports and presentations. + Conduct data validation and quality assurance checks to ensure data accuracy. + Assist in the development of data collection systems and other strategies that optimize statistical efficiency and data quality. + Monitor and audit data to ensure consistency and accuracy. + Train and mentor junior team members on data management best practices. + Communicate findings and insights to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner. + Support the development of data-driven decision-making processes within the organization. + Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in data management. **Qualifications** + Must have strong proficiency in MS Office including Excel Word and PowerPoint. + Must possess excellent English language skills both written and spoken. + Should have a minimum of 4 years of experience in data processing and analysis. + Should have experience in data validation and quality assurance. + Should be able to work effectively in a hybrid work model. + Should have strong analytical and problem-solving skills. + Nice to have experience in developing data collection systems. + Nice to have experience in training and mentoring junior team members. + Nice to have knowledge of data governance policies and procedures. + Nice to have experience in creating detailed reports and presentations. + Nice to have the ability to communicate findings to stakeholders effectively. + Nice to have the ability to stay updated with industry trends and best practices. + Nice to have experience in supporting data-driven decision-making processes. **Certifications Required** Certified Data Management Professional (CDMP) or equivalent certification.
