Job Title: Customer Service RepresentativeReports to: Team Leader, Customer Service
Position Location: Quezon City, Philippines
Position Summary:Customer Service team at our Shared Service Center supports clients throughout their lifecycle, handling administrative, quotation, and order fulfilment phases.
Key Responsibilities:Build and follow up on quotations and modify quotes as necessaryDemonstrate attention to detail with accurate data entry, understanding that values entered have a direct impact on delivery and invoicingLeverage required computer systems to maintain quality customer dataMaintain daily customer service reportsAssess individual customer requirements and direct activities to appropriate departments as needed to ensure accurate quotes and lead timesAdhere to SOPs, SLAs, and departmental training guidelinesWork on assignments/projects as part of a teamPerform other related duties as required and/or assignedSkills:Attention to detail and accuracy in the workplaceAbility to identify and solve problems and multitask under deadlinesStrong written and verbal communication skillsSelf-motivation, enthusiasm, and a positive attitude, performing as a great teammateGood organizational skills and the ability to prioritize effectivelyJudgment, tact, and diplomacy in dealing with internal and external customersAbility to work on own initiative on daily routine tasks as well as solving system issuesProficient Microsoft Office userExperience:Relevant customer service experience preferred in an SSC/multinational/office environment, but fresh grads are welcomeExperience with Oracle or SAP preferred but not essentialEducation:A bachelor's degree in any fieldWorking Conditions:This position requires repetitive typing and regular use of a computer plus multiple displaysMost other physical demands are typical of those associated with an office environmentWe are proud to be an Affirmative Action / Equal Opportunity Employer committed to hiring a diverse and inclusive workforce.
