We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our team! You’ll play a key role in delivering efficient, high-quality service to our French-speaking customers while working alongside industry experts and growing your career in an encouraging and supportive environment.

This is a limited position for 9 months.
This job is based in Cluj-Napoca, Romania.
We provide a flexible working schedule with the option of working hybrid.
In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
• Communicate daily with customers via phone and email.
• Accurately process customer orders, confirm pricing, and book in our ERP system.
• Coordinate with production to confirm or optimize lead times.
• Manage customer orders from entry through to delivery and invoicing, including global logistics.
• Assist Sales Offices and redirect inquiries to relevant departments when needed.
• Handle various administrative tasks related to customer files and documentation.
• Collaborate with departments such as marketing, logistics, application engineering, and quality.
• Monitor and allocate requests received via our eCommerce platform.
For This Role You Will Need:
• 2 years of experience in international sales, customer service, logistics, or transportation.
• Proficiency in English and French.
• Strong command of Microsoft Office tools (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Outstanding interpersonal and organizational skills.

• Basic technical knowledge.
• Keen focus on detail and strong communication capabilities.
