Customer Service Representative – Telecom & Managed Services (BPO & Billing Experience Required)

Are you an experienced Customer Service Representative with a background in telecom, managed services, and billing? Do you have 4+ years of experience supporting state-sign customer service billing and a proven track record in BPO environments? If you’ve worked at Verizon, AT&T, T-Mobile, or Comcast, or have extensive telecom industry experience, we want to hear from you! What You’ll Do: + Provide top-tier customer support in a fast-paced telecom and managed services environment. + Assist customers with billing inquiries, account management, service activations, and troubleshooting. + Utilize your BPO and telecom experience to resolve complex customer issues efficiently. + Maintain superb communication skills to engage with customers and internal teams. + Work collaboratively with managed services teams to ensure seamless service delivery. What We’re Looking For: + 4+ years of customer service experience in telecom, billing, or managed services. + BPO experience is a must. + Strong background in state-sign customer service billing support. + Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. + Familiarity with telecom industry standards, billing platforms, and troubleshooting procedures. + Experience with major telecom providers (Verizon, AT&T, T-Mobile, Comcast, etc.) is a plus.
