Customer Service Representative, Accounts Payable (Full-Time) - Edmonton, AB

Reporting to the General Sales Manager, this position is primarily responsible for Accounts Payable for the Edmonton branch.

Major responsibilities:

Respond to customer inquiriesTrack expenses and process expense reportsInvestigate and resolve billing discrepancies or misapplied cash transactionsInvestigate and resolve all vendor inquiriesCoordinate account adjustments to reconcile accounts, as required – check all aspects of an account; contact customer if more information is required; process credit debit adjustmentsBackup to reception on holidays and during breaksDaily cash reconciliation backup
