Are you Customer Service Rep that gets things done? Onin Staffing is partnering with a leading food and beverage company in Woodbury, MN to hire a temp-to-hire Customer Service Representative. This is a 100% onsite position offering a great opportunity to join a stable and growing team.

Schedule: Monday – Friday, 7:30am–4:00pm

What You’ll DoHandle inbound and outbound calls and emails with customersProvide accurate information on pricing, inventory, and delivery updatesSet up new customer accounts and maintain records in CRM/ERP systemsPerform order entry and invoicing with strong attention to detailMatch orders to invoices to ensure accuracyCollaborate with the team while working independently to meet deadlines

Work Experience
What We’re Looking ForCustomer service experience using CRM and ERP systems (required)Strong 10-key and data entry skills (a plus)Excellent communication skills and ability to multi-taskSomeone self-motivated, able to be both autonomous and team-orientedWillingness to work holidays (except Thanksgiving and Christmas)
