Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Customer Service Representative (CSR) to support our warehouse operations by handling customer inquiries, processing orders, and resolving issues related to shipments and inventory. The ideal candidate will act as a key liaison between customers, internal departments, and warehouse staff to ensure exceptional service and accurate fulfillment.

Key ResponsibilitiesServe as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries related to orders, deliveries, and product availabilityEnter, track, and update customer orders using warehouse systemsCoordinate with warehouse staff to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillmentInvestigate and resolve shipping errors, delivery delays, returns, and damaged goodsMaintain accurate records of customer interactions, order updates, and service issuesCommunicate proactively with customers regarding order status, inventory levels, and potential delaysGenerate shipping labels, packing lists, invoices, and related documentationEnsure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and warehouse procedures



Work Experience
1–3 years of experience in customer service environmentStrong communication and problem-solving skillsProficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word) and warehouse/order management systemsAbility to multitask and work in a fast-paced settingKnowledge of shipping procedures, inventory systems, and warehouse workflow preferredOffice space within or adjacent to warehouse environmentOccasional walking or standing on warehouse floorMay require occasional overtime or shift flexibility
