Primary Responsibilities:

Provide exceptional customer care and quality control support by handling inbound inquiries with a consistently polite and professional demeanor.Efficiently manage customer voicemails by listening, responding, and taking necessary actions to ensure prompt resolution and customer satisfaction.Oversee the QC Support mailbox, delivering timely and effective responses to inquiries as required.Maintain comprehensive and accurate documentation of all customer issues to facilitate effective follow-up and resolution.Communicate with field personnel in a clear and concise manner, utilizing bullet points for enhanced clarity and efficiency.Draft subject-specific emails that clearly outline the required actions, updating them as issues progress through different phases.Process credit and rebill requests, ensuring all necessary management approvals are secured prior to execution.
