As a Customer Service Rep our team, you’ll 

In your daily job you will:Interpretation of customer requirements.Aligning customer needs with the company's interests.Scheduling and tracking shipments for customers according to established routes.Coordinating shipping movements in the best time and cost.Tracking critical part numbers.Effective customer service and communication.Tracking material with shipping discrepancies.Participating in continuous improvement projects.Timely communication with manufacturing plants.Complying with health, safety, and environmental standards.Any other work-related activities related to your position.
