Customer Service Rep

Job Description:

Location: Levittown, Pennsylvania

Our client is Levittown, PA is hiring for multiple Customer Service Reps in their busy Warehouse Office.

Hours: 8am-4:30pm Monday-Friday

OT might be required

Responsibilities:

Complete the entire Outbound and Inbound process in the office
Handle Bills of Lading
Create PIC tickets using Accuplus
Send customers emails
Use Outlook for emails
Schedule trucks

Desired Background/Skills:

Must be 18 years old or older
Knowledge of warehouse process (How products move in and out of the building)
VERY Fast paced
Multi-tasking required
Driver Check in
Using basic Excel
Experience in Customer Service in warehouse setting is required
