Customer Service Rep

Join an organization that ensures a more secure world through connecting and protecting our customers with inventive electrical solutions. **Key Responsibilities:** + Responsible to provide detailed information to new clients, assist throughout the cooperation, create a loyal partnership. + Efficiently handle customer inquiries, process and update orders, ensuring accuracy and promptness. + Collaborate with the sales team to manage quotations and support our customers, external sales teams, and upper management. + Coordinate shipments with our logistics team, ensuring timely delivery. + Support the finance team in resolving payment disputes and manage contracts and agreements. + Provide first-level technical support and review customer drawings, contributing to customer satisfaction. + Monitor and maintain service quality to meet company standards. + Constantly seek and implement improvements in daily processes while maintaining strong, enduring client relationships. **Education & Experience:** + 3-5 years of experience in an industrial customer service or customer support is a must. + Highly motivated and capable individual, thriving in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. + Possesses exceptional communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively within a team. + Well-spoken with a readiness to handle inbound calls and e-mails, ensuring customer satisfaction. + A problem-solver with a positive influence, committed to achieving excellence. + Proficient in using computers and MS Office applications, essential for efficient daily operations.
