We are looking for a CSR and Planning team member for our Nordic region.
Your mission is to manage and increase customer loyalty and retention. You ensure the timely allocation of services, fleet and resources to meet customer demands and you take ownership of customers queries.
After six months you can run a full cycle of base business delivery on your own and after a year you can plan and coordinate complex deliveries.

What you do
Customer Service Management:
- Establish and maintain effective relationships with customers, gaining their trust and respect.
- Take ownership for customer queries with regards to equipment, services and contracts.
-Translate customer requirements across multiple systems and act as liaison between customers and internal departments.
-Manage timely all internal touchpoints during the lifecycle of the rental services.
- Ensure the accuracy and efficiency of customer/job data.
- Maintain customer records and provide detailed reports to management.
Operations Planning & Coordination:
- Schedule and coordinate technical and non-technical service delivery (Freight, rehire equipment, fuel, field labour, shop labour), with internal and external teams and ensure their timely delivery.
- Work closely with the technical teams for projects staffing to address capacity issues.
- Responsible for the completion of related administration including POs, recharges & supplier invoices
- Ensure adherence to all company policies, safety standards, and local regulations related to fuel, freight, and field labour activities.
You’ll have the following skills and/or experience
- You have strong customer service skills and are able to extract information, think creatively and critical under pressure, solve problems and provide tailored solutions.
- Ability to plan work in a fast-paced project environment and to handle both clients with unpredictable, ad hoc demands and clients in a tight planned and heavily regulated landscape.
- You have a collaborative style with a decisive, results-oriented approach and you navigate different stakeholders savvily both internally and externally.
- You have acute attention to detail and are disciplined with managerial administration and are proficient in working through multiple systems: e.g. SalesForce, CloudSuite, Excel log files , a.o.
- Self-motivated with a strong sense of ownership and responsibility.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and project requirements.
- You have excellent communication skills in both English and Norwegian and/or Swedish, both written and spoken.
- Nice to haves - Not mandatory: ADR certification, experience with offshore clients.
