We are revolutionizing the way the world moves for future generations, and we want someone who is ready to move with us. **Mission :** + With the support of the management, **Customer Service Operations Leader** integrates the Customer services activities of the different Legacies (Poznan, STP, UIC Warsaw) in the New Building leading manufacturing processes of the Production Unit and ensuring the respect of Health and Safety standards and the achievements of the Quality, Standard-Time and Lead Time objectives. + Industrial Transfer of Poznan Customer Service: he/she will be technical responsible for the transfer and ensures correct manufacturing / overhauling of the products in line with what required by the SISCOs: Quality, Standard Time, Lead Time + Industrial development of UIC Overhauling activity: need to ensure the integration of the manufacturing equipment specified by the SISCOs with the facilities requested by other CS activities (Poznan and STP) + Transfer of STP overhauling activity: need to ensure the correct integration of the line in the CS Area of the new building **Responsibilities :** + To support in the definition of the Layout of the Customer Service Area in the new building integrating the needs of the different products from respective legacies (Poznan, STP, UIC Warsaw) taking into consideration process and material flows + To ensure that manufacturing equipment and end of lines stations are conform to the SISCO standards leading the activities requested for their localization, where needed + To ensure operators have the correct competences, conducts and organizes training programs, also at SISCOs where required, to ensure multi skill and high level of flexibility requested for the management of the manufacturing processes + To support the management for the definition of the processes which must be established with all the Legacies (STP, Poznan, UIC) to ensure: correct implementation of Bill of Materials and Material procurement processes; development of manufacturing documentation (manufacturing routines, working instructions, quality control plan **Requirements:** + ​Min. secondary technical education (mechanics, electronics) + UDT (Technical Inspection) qualifications + Qualifications: SEP (up to 1kV), to handle F-gases, filling of portable tanks, soldering (according to ISO13585:2012) + Permission to work at heights above 3m + Min 5 years in the service area in heavy industry, including min. 2 years team coordination + Ability to manage a team effectively + Knowledge of Lean Management methodology and ability to apply it in practice + Knowledge of labour law and health and safety regulations + Experience in working with ERP class systems Strong command of the English and Polish languages are essential + Independence in action and ability to set priorities + Knowledge of: MS Outlook, Word, Excel, Power Point _Legal authorization to work in EU is required.
