Position:Customer Service Officer

Job Description:

Sales support to both the Inside Sales Team and customer engagements. Assist in maintaining performance expectations to further enhance Arrow's position within each customer and supplier.

What You’ll Be Doing

Ensure product shipment inform, return to sales, and payment

Process internal system, acquaint with ERP and ORACLE system will be preferred

Maintain related reports which supplier

Implement other tasks assigned by supervisor and support other necessary projects

What We Are Looking For

Bachelor’s degree in required

Fluent in English written

Proficient with Microsoft Outlook / Excel/PowerPoint

Knowledge of ERP system (SAP SD module preferred)

Good communication skill and strong sense of commitment

Data-sensitive and well-developed administrative skills

Customer-oriented and good teamwork
