This Customer Service Officer will be managing, coordinating and processing all enquiries / orders to the complete satisfaction of the APAC customers within the guidelines set by the company.

 

How You’ll Make an Impact:

Handle inbound orders & enquiries (via faxes and emails) from customers & channel partnersReply promptly to emails, and follow-up with internal work groups for enquiry closureProactive and regular update & reconciliation with customers & channel partnersProcess customers' orders promptly and accurately Match customer orders against supporting documents (eg. quotations, emails etc)Ensure submission of orders to Logistics according to cut-off timeCoordinate with Logistics for local deliveries and shipmentsPrompt billing of stock placement at customer’s premisesSubmit electronic invoices to customers’ e.g. via email or online portals. Work closely with APAC Customer Service teams to ensure customers’ orders and inquiries are processed timely and correctly.Ensure accuracy and meet compliance regulatory for all ordersEnsure compliance to export regulations & Incoterms Collaborate with supply chain team to ensure smooth flow of supplies, when necessary Maintain good documentation of customer orders, invoices & other relevant supporting documentsEnsure prompt retrieval of documents (eg. CTC invoices, COA, MSDS etc) upon customer request.Support any other administrative tasks assigned 

What You Bring: 

Bachelor Degree in Business Studies or Science At least 3 years' of customer service experienceWorking experience with SAP ERP systemProficiency in English Language, spoken and writtenPleasant and cheerful personalitySense of urgency in managing customer requirementsAlert and detail-oriented, with good time management skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsExcellent customer service and listening skillsAbility to multi-task in a fast-paced work environmentAbility to work independently and as a team memberHigh level computer skillsExcellent skills in balancing conflicting prioritiesCommitment to continuous improvement
