Your tasks and responsibilitiesHandle incoming requests from customers / network colleaguesReviews and ensures achievement of customer specific KPI’s and service agreementsMaintain communication with internal/external/third parties to meet customer expectationsDevelop sustainable relationship with customerAnalyzes root cause of escalations and where required implement corrective actionsProvide proactive problem resolution and corrective actions to ensure excellence in serviceHandles escalations or escalates further, if requiredDevelop sustainable relationship with team leader, manager, and senior management

Your profile

Excellent understanding of customer needsFluent in English communication (verbal/written)Commercial attitudeGood knowledge of customer service processes and systemGood knowledge of forwarding business, DGF Ocean Freight product, GDP, Thermonet, Lifeconex, Medical DevicesApplies and knows the legal and regulatory requirements related to export, import, storage, and distribution of pharmaceutical products
