What you will do Lead & Develop TeamManage a cross-functional customer service team, fostering accountability and collaborationSupport employee engagement and retention initiativesCustomer Experience & CommunicationOversee outbound communications and host customer meetingsEnsure service delivery aligns with brand tone and operational efficiencyData Analysis & Process ImprovementAnalyze service data to identify trends and root causesDrive corrective actions and continuous improvement initiativesSystems & Cross-Functional CollaborationChampion system adoption (Salesforce, RouteOptix/Tegos) and process standardizationCollaborate with Operations, Transportation, and Finance to enhance service outcomesReporting & Business AcumenMonitor KPIs and deliver performance reportsMake informed decisions balancing customer needs with financial sustainabilityWhat we are looking for Must-Have Qualifications5+ years of experience in Customer Service, including at least 2 years in a leadership roleStrong analytical skills with a proven ability to make data-driven decisionsHigh proficiency in Salesforce and Microsoft Office SuiteDemonstrated success in leading teams, improving processes, and driving customer satisfactionExcellent communication skills, adaptable for both internal and external stakeholdersFamiliarity with Root Cause Analysis and continuous improvement methodologies
