The Customer Service Manager (COCE) role for MFT Brno location is responsible for coordinating, developing and continually managing the overall Marmon Foodservice Technologies (MFT) customer experience related to order fulfillment. This cross-functional role focuses on improving MFT customer satisfaction after the sale by providing a more consistent and expeditious experience when purchasing MFT brands.Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Support and inform the strategic vision/mission of the MFT COCE.Manage, lead, and develop the COCE team.Identify and adopt best practices in customer order fulfillment.Develop improved structures, systems, and overall mechanisms to improve the customer experience.Endeavor to achieve consistency in customer interactions of commerce and logistics.Deliver improved operational value using existing or modified resources.Set short- and long-term goals for the COCE with clear metrics as part of a comprehensive COCE strategy.Assist in broader MFT initiatives such as ERP synthesis and the informing of best practices.Support commercial efforts across the business.Create daily sales reports and communicating to the MFT commercial team.Work alongside ML Director of Parts to drive aftersales performance in line with customer expectations.Perform other duties as assigned.Required Qualifications, Skills/Competencies
5+ years of progressive leadership experience in a customer service capacity.Fluent Czech and English Language.Ability to manage and develop team of direct reports along with strong influencing skills for working with senior management and in cross-functional situations.Demonstrated ability to analyze complex business situations and problems, coordinate many complex activities/projects simultaneously and direct successful solutions beyond simple insights.Must possess strong business and financial skills including the ability to utilize financial metrics and knowledge of business cost structure in supporting and making decisions.Strong written and oral communication skills required as well as the ability to communicate at all levels of the organization and use influencing skills effectively in a cross functional environment.Outstanding leadership and collaboration skills, with proven ability to lead multiple stakeholders.Strong analytical and quantitative skills including the ability to use customer research, hard data and metrics to back up intuition and measure performance of marketing initiatives.Following receipt of a conditional offer of employment, candidates will be required to complete additional job-related screening processes as permitted or required by applicable law.
