Job Summary: The Entry Representative in Customer Service is responsible for supporting the customer service team by handling basic customer inquiries, providing information about products and services, and assisting in resolving customer issues. They help in maintaining customer databases, processing orders, and providing administrative support to the team. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with other team members. The Entry Representative plays a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction and building positive customer relationships. Responsibilities: Customer Inquiries: • Listen and understand customer inquiries • Provide accurate and timely information • Research and troubleshoot complex issues • Communicate effectively and professionally with customers Complaint Resolution: • Listen and empathize with customer complaints • Follow company policies and procedures to resolve issues • Document all communication and actions taken • Escalate issues to appropriate personnel when necessary Order Processing: • Accurately enter and process customer orders • Verify order details, pricing, and shipping information • Coordinate with warehouse and shipping departments to ensure timely delivery • Handle returns and exchanges in accordance with company policies Customer Account Management: • Update and maintain customer accounts with accurate information • Respond to account inquiries and make necessary changes or updates • Keep records of customer interactions and transactions • Review and analyze customer account data to identify trends and patterns Collaboration and Improvement: • Communicate and collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues • Share feedback and suggestions for improving the customer experience • Actively participate in training and development programs to enhance customer service skills • Stay updated on company products, services, and policies to provide accurate information to customers.
