Customer Service Jr Analyst
**The position** Support sales force in monitoring and coordinating deliveries to customers, with overview on additional relevant inputs such as stock, receivables and sales reporting. Solving customer queries related to invoicing and deliveries. Tasks and responsabilities + First point of contact for sales force on sales order status. + Monitor punctual delivery to customers. + Sales orders creation. + Credit memo request. + Keep process documentation up to date - align necessary + changes with supervisor. + Regulatory and / or Organisational Requirements* + Adherence to specific external rules and regulations. Adherence to general BI rules and regulations. + Adherence to GBS template processes. **Requirements** + Comunication skills. + Customer management experience.
