Macmillan Education South Africa is looking for motivated and passionate students or graduates to join our Customer Services Department as part of a 12-month internship/workplace experience programme. This opportunity is ideal for individuals who are eager to gain practical experience and contribute to delivering excellent customer support within the publishing industry.

Minimum Requirements:

Matric (Grade 12)A relevant qualification or National diploma/degree in Business Administration, Communication, or a related fieldStrong communication and interpersonal skillsHigh attention to detail and accuracyA responsible, motivated, and proactive attitudeAbility to manage time effectively and multitaskWillingness to learn and work in a fast-paced team environment

Key Responsibilities:

Assist the Customer Services team with daily administrative and support tasksProcess customer orders and ensure accurate capturing of informationRespond to customer queries via phone and email in a professional mannerMaintain filing systems and update customer records as neededCollaborate with internal teams to ensure efficient service deliveryProvide general support to the department and contribute to continuous improvement efforts
