Customer Service (Fluent Mandarin Speaker)
ATI Business Group is seeking a passionate and detail-oriented Customer Service Billback Specialist to support one of our valued client operations. This role is crucial in tracking billback invoices, managing supplier follow-ups, and assisting customers with using the client's tools while addressing their inquiries. Fluency in both Mandarin and English is required for this role as you'll be regularly interacting with Mandarin-speaking clients and suppliers. What You'll Be Doing: + Invoice Management: Track, follow up, and collect billback invoices to ensure timely payment. + Supplier Engagement: Proactively communicate with suppliers in both English and Mandarin to resolve any outstanding billback invoices. + Customer Support: Assist customers by addressing inquiries and guiding them in using the client's tools effectively, in both English and Mandarin. + Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and organized records for all transactions. + Adherence to Standards: Follow established processes and guidelines to ensure top-notch service quality. + Issue Reporting: Identify and report any challenges or system limitations to your supervisor for quick resolution. What We're Looking For: + Mandarin Fluency is Essential: Proficiency in both English and Mandarin is a must. You'll be interacting with Mandarin-speaking clients and suppliers regularly, so a high level of fluency in both languages is required. + Sharp Analytical Skills: Strong numerical and analytical ability to navigate complex tasks with ease. + Experience: At least 2+ years in customer service, with excellent communication skills in English. + Industry Background: Experience in hospitality or travel industry is a plus. + Adaptability: Comfortable working in shifts, including public holidays. + Location Flexibility: Willingness to work in Central Jakarta (Harmoni, Batu Tulis, Gambir) or BSD.
