We have a 12 month fixed term contract opportunity within our Specialist Corporate Salary Sacrifice customer services team in Slough.
Salary Sacrifice is one of our Key commercial pillars for our organisation so an exciting time to join the team to support the growth in our portfolio.
Key Accountabilities:
Take ownership of Fleet Manager enquiries from a key account, resolving issues where possible or liaising with your team and other departments to provide good outcomes for our customersBuild rapport and confidence with the key account contactProvide updates and timelines on queries and complaints within the contracted SLAs agreedBe the face of Customer Services on weekly client calls.Own business processes and updated in line with audit requirementsLook for better ways of doing things to improve efficiency and customer outcomesBeing agile and adapting to the changing demands of our customers
Required knowledge & experience:
Experience of key account customer service or Fleet Management supportAn ability to build strong relationships with customersBeing adaptable to the changing demands of customersSelf-motivated and proactiveExperience of working in fleet management, customer service, understanding the importance of teamwork in a customer and goal focussed environment.Experience in dealing with customers in a front-line environment and/or ability and willingness to learn at a fast pace.Can multi-task, and have excellent time management and organisational skillsDemonstrate integrity and honesty in all business activityWhy Ayvens?
