Position Title – Customer Service Executive - 6 month contract - Maternity Cover

Company Name - Hach Malaysia (100% subsidiary of Veralto) 

Job Location – Selangor, Malaysia - 5 days in office

Core Responsibilities: 

1. Preparing quotation and support in term of documentation for Seller

2. Proceed customer PO and manage the PO from receiving until delivery

3. Provide support to seller

Skills & Competency Requirements -   

Bachelor’s degree 

1+ years of experience in customer support jobs 

Knows to deals with ambiguity and acts with sense of urgency 

Ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced work environment 

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
