As a Customer Support Specialist, your primary responsibility will be to handle incoming calls and provide expert support to our clients, ensuring they receive the best possible care and resolution for their issues.
What do we offer?
Competitive Salary: €18,500 gross per year. Flexible Contract: A temporary 4-month contract with genuine opportunities for extension. Regular Hours: 39 hours per week, working 5 days a week.
Responsibilities:
Receive and manage customer inquiries over the phone. Provide detailed and accurate information regarding product guarantees and insurance. Assist in the management of coverage against potential incidents faced by our customers. Maintain clear and professional communication with clients to ensure satisfaction and resolution of issues.
What do we need?
Native or bilingual level of English (UK). Previous experience in customer service and knowledge of similar products is valuable. Residence in Seville.
